Acceptable hotel stay

excellent location public transport super comfortable bed excellent breakfast climate control system front desk customer service manager behavior
the hotel location was excellent. it was an easy walk to many attractions and public transport. i found the breakfast options to be excellent. the bed was also super comfortable.
the climate control system in my room did not work. the front desk informed me that several other customers had the same issue. i found the manager to be irritated at my situation, which i felt was inappropriate.

uneven experience

useless service button understaffed hotel
the location was convenient to attractions and shopping.
the service button on the room phone seemed useless to me. i tried to reach staff multiple times but could not get an answer. the hotel seems understaffed and unable to handle guest calls.

a dreamy stay!

summit room soft bed welcome water
I adored the summit room bar. The views were lovely! the bed was so soft. It seemed like floating on a cloud. a sweet touch was the welcome water and little snacks waiting for me. i really felt pampered after a long day.
i found that the ventilationsystem did not work! it was uncomfortably warm in there. the reception staff laughed! they commented that the rooms did not have a/c. the broken system was not solved.

the breakfast had a huge variety of foods! it was delicious, and i could eat anything i wanted!!! the range included both hot and cold options to suit all tastes, fantastic. the food was AMAZING!!!

A gentleman welcomed me during breakfast check-in. he had great energy and enthusiasm. his positive attitude made a lasting impression. I felt so happy!!!

amazing buffet outside area early check-in
I was allowed to check in early after getting off the cruise ship. the breakfast buffet was amazing. I definitely enjoyed all the options. we had a family room with an outside area, it was lovely.
the climate control system in our room wasn't working properly.
